Sharptail tacos anyone?!

Hope you all have had an awesome September. I seriously can’t believe it’s nearly over already. That said, with the end of September comes the beginning of October. We’re in the thick of it now, my friends!

I had a wonderful trip to the prairie on my annual sharp-tailed grouse hunt and have started to venture into the grouse woods—despite the hot and overly thick early-season conditions. It’s been especially warm, but cooler temps are on the horizon, and I’m looking forward to them.

A sharptailed grouse hunting episode will be dropping later this week, but in the meantime, I published one of my favorite sharp-tailed grouse recipes on the blog—perfect sharptail taco meat. My family looks forward to it every fall, and I think yours will too. You can check it out below.
